Q What kind of material do you use?
A Three kinds of wood will be used: Russia Pine, SPF (Canadian Pine) and Spruce. ( the details can be referred to the timber part in this pamphlet).
Q How about the treatment?
A All the wood have been done with hot treatment to enhance wood performance. Besides, all the wood will be done with fumigation to kill all insects. For the floor beam, it will be done with additional ACQ treatment.
Q How about the lifetime of asphalt shingles?

It can last at least 20 years.
Q How about the lifetime of wooden house?
A Our wooden house can last for at least 50 years. If it is better maintained, the house can last longer. For example, the houses can be painted for every two years.
Q How about the delivery time?
A
30 days after receiving the 30% deposit.
Q Does any other decoration need?
A After the wooden house was assembled, just need local plumbers to do the electricity and water system and no other decoration need. It is time saving and also saves the labor.
Q How about the maintenance?
A
The wooden house will be better maintained if the house can be painted every other year in the previous years.
Q Is the painting done in the factory?
A The painting will be done on your site. If it was done in our factory, it will be easily damaged during the transportation and assembling.
Q The Assembling Time And Workers?
A The assembling time is usually around a week. But the size and designs will also affect the assembling time. (The details can be referred to the assembling section in the instructions).
